Rustico Parigina Prosciutto e Mozzarella
Ingredienti per 6 persone
Un rotolo di pasta sfoglia
12 fette di prosciutto cotto
200 g di provola ( noi qui la chiamiamo mozzarella secca )
200 g di passata di pomodoro
sale qb
origano qb
un tuorlo per spennellare
qualche semino di sesamo per decorare
Preparazione
Srotolare la pasta sfoglia, tagliarla in due e coprirla, stando distante dai bordi, di un cm circa prima con 6 fette di prosciutto cotto, poi con la provola tagliata in fette ed in fine con un po’ di passata di pomodoro.
Aggiungere un po’ di sale e origano e formare un’altro strato di prosciutto e provola.
Chiudere con il resto della pasta sfoglia e sigillare bene bene i bordi.
Praticare dei fori con una forchetta in superficie e spennellare con un tuorlo.
Aggiungere un po’ di sesamo.
Infornare a 200° per 20-25 minuti circa.
Appena pronto, sfornatelo e lasciatelo intiepidire per 5-10 minuti, poi tagliatelo in quadrati e servite. Il rustico parigina con doppia farcitura è buono anche freddo.
