Congratulations to all the dads!!!!
But particular congratulations to my husband who besides being a great husband is also an excellent father!!! ♥♥♥♥♥
For the ’ occasion couldn't miss the typical zeppole di San Giuseppe. At my house then St. Joseph's “great party”, because in addition to fasteggiare father's day we celebrate my name day. And then I pet and pet my family with this delicious sweet traditional.
Le zeppole di San Giuseppe sono delle ciambelline di pasta choux, more commonly known as pasta nutela, fritte e decorate con crema pasticciera. I prefer them baked to have a sweet little’ more light and digestible.
This year I wanted to try ’ the recipe for pastry Grandmaster Luca Montersino.
The result?………judge for yourself….. images…..
and us…..the taste!!!
