Braised Pork

 

Il brasato di maiale è un secondo economico e gustoso.

The braised requires slow cooking and prolonged, However, if you always in a hurry like me you can cook it in a pressure cooker that greatly reduces the cooking time preserving organoleptic qualities of the meat remains moist and very tender.

Ingredients:

  • For braised pork (in network)

  • 1 celery

  • 1 carrot

  • 1 Onion

  • a sprig of Rosemary

  • 1/2 glass of dry white wine

  • q. (b) vegetable broth.

  • olio q.b.

  • Salt q. b.

Finely chop the onion, celery and carrot. In a saucepan, It contains exactly the meat, put the ’ oil with chopped vegetables and the sprig of Rosemary. Let sizzle the chopped mixed fresh fire for a few minutes. Add the meat and Brown well on all sides.

Sfumare con il vino bianco e quando l’alcol è completamente evaporato salare ed aggiungere brodo vegetale bollente fino a coprire la carne.

Allow it to cook the braised over low heat for about 2 hours depending on the size of the piece of meat.

When cooked, remove the meat from the Pan, tagliarla a fette e disporla su un piatto da portata. Far restringere l’intingolo ottenuto dalla cottura della carne (If necessary add a teaspoon of cornstarch) ed irrorare la carne.

Serve immediately.
