This recipe was born one day that my children had a baked pasta, but I didn't have much at home, and so poking around a little’ and taking a cue from some magazine I thought I'd try to do this first course. In the refrigerator I had good sausage seasoned with a few local ingredients and so I prepared the rigatoni al forno with freshly prepared white sauce.
