Today is very cold! And Yes, the days of the merla does not belie ever!! And it is precisely these days so cold and uggiosi which is nice to prepare to eat something in the oven.
This recipe was born one day that my children had a baked pasta, but I didn't have much at home, and so poking around a little’ and taking a cue from some magazine I thought I'd try to do this first course. In the refrigerator I had good sausage seasoned with a few local ingredients and so I prepared the rigatoni al forno with freshly prepared white sauce.
Ingredients for 5 people:
400 g rigatoni
200 g seasoned sausage
600 ml bechamel
80 g grana padano or parmigiano
breadcrumbs q. b.
pepe q. b.
Boil the pasta, al dente, in salted water. Add a pinch of pepper sauce and cheese, mix well. Infornare a 220°C per 20-30 minutes or until golden brown.
We like ben au gratin on the surface and soft under, you adjust according to your tastes.
