Sliced chicken breast with milk

A quick and foolproof recipe! These slices of chicken breast are more than good…..they are great! Try them and let me know!

SLICED CHICKEN BREAST SLICED CHICKEN BREAST WITH MILK

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 4/5 slices of chicken breast
  • ½ onion
  • flour 00
  • dry white wine
  • a glass of milk
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • parsley
  • salt and pepper

DIRECTIONS

Wash parsley, dry and chop it finely. Put aside.

Chop onion, too.

Lightly salt the slices of chicken breast and coat them with flour.

DSCF2074In a large non-stick pan heat 3 table spoons extra virgin olive oil, add the onion and saute until slightly softened and fragrant.

Add the slices of chicken breast.

DSCF2075Cook them until golden brown, then turn them over and brown the other side. Add some white wine and simmer until reduced.

Add the milk and cook at medium-low heat.

DSCF2076When the sauce starts reducing, add some parsley, a grind of black pepper and a pinch of salt (if necessary).

DSCF2077You can serve these slices of chicken breast with a salad or roasted potatoes.
