Questo piatto l’ho assaggiato una sera a casa di una mia amica,Marta.

Tagliare l’indivia belga a metà nel senso della lunghezza e, poi, a meta nel senso della larghezza.
Farla rosolare in un tegame con aglio e prezzemolo.
Unire un pizzico di sale.
Aggiungere un goccino di acqua, se tende ad asciugarsi.
Far cuocere per circa 10 minuti.
