Ve lo avevo già detto che mi piace la cucina cinese? Oggi vi delizio con il pollo alle mandorle.
Ingredienti per 4 persone
600 g di petto di pollo
90 g di mandorle spellate
3 cucchiai di salsa di soia
3 cucchiai di olio di semi di girasole
1 cucchiaio di maizena
Procedimento
Tagliate il pollo a cubetti e mettetelo da parte.
Tostate le mandorle in una padella antiaderente avendo cura di non farle diventare troppo scure. Una volta terminata l’operazione, mettetele da parte.
In una capiente padella o wok fate scaldare l’olio di semi e, quando è caldo, fate saltare il pollo a fuoco vivace per un paio di minuti, poi abbassate la fiamma, aggiungete la salsa di soia e mescolate. Fate cuocere per due minuti poi aggiungete le mandorle e il cucchiaio di maizena. Mescolate bene e coprite la pentola, mescolando di tanto in tanto.

Serves 4
600 g chicken breast
90 g blanched almonds
3 tablespoons soy sauce
3 tablespoon sunflower oil
1 tablespoon cornstarch
Directions
Cut the chicken into cubes and set aside.
Toast the almonds in a pan, taking care to make them not too dark. Once done, set aside.
In a large skillet or wok heat the vegetable oil and, when hot, fry the chicken on high heat for a few minutes, then reduce the heat, add the soy sauce and stir. Cook for two minutes then add the almonds and the tablespoon of cornstarch. Mix well and cover the pan, stirring occasionally.
After 15 minutes, the almond chicken is ready to be tasted. Bon appetit!
