Non è che ce l’abbia coi vitelli in particolar modo…. Che abbia postato due ricette di fila a base di questa carne è pura casualità!
Ingredienti per 4 persone
500 g di carne macinata di vitello
250 g di polpa di pomodoro
mezza cipolla
sale qb
mezzo bicchiere di vino bianco
4 cucchiai di olio EVO
Procedimento
Fate scaldare l’olio in una casseruola e fate imbiondire la cipolla precedentemente lavata e tritata finemente.
Aggiungere la carne e mescolare fin quando non avrà preso un bel colore dorato e fare sfumare con il vino.
Aggiungere la polpa di pomodoro, il sale e lasciate cuocere 30 minuti mescolando di tanto in tanto.

500 g ground veal
250 g chopped tomatoes
half an onion
salt to taste
half a glass of white wine
4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Proceedings
Heat the oil in a saucepan and fry the onion previously washed and finely chopped.
Add the meat and stir until it has taken a beautiful golden color, Then simmer with white wine until it reduces.
Add the chopped tomatoes, salt and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
