Spaghetti al limone: oggi un piatto molto semplice e veloce da preparare dal sapore fresco e particolare. Quando non avete voglia di cucinare e siete stufi di preparare pasta olio e parmigiano…ecco l’idea spaghetti al limone. In questa ricetta ho sostituito la robiola alla panna per rendere il piatto più leggero ma ugualmente buono.
Spaghetti al limone
Ingredienti per 4 persone:
300 g di spaghetti (vermicelli)
2 cucchiai di olio
1 grosso limone biologico
130 g di robiola
sale e pepe q.b.
Preparazione:
Lavate il limone e grattugiatelo in una pentola in cui avrete scaldate l’olio. Mettete a cuocere gli spaghetti in abbondante acqua salata e scolateli molto al dente. Nella pentola dove avete scaldato l’olio, fate sciogliere la robiola aggiungendo un mezzo bicchiere di acqua di cottura della pasta, quindi aggiungete gli spaghetti e mantecate il tutto. Servite spolverizzando con altro limone grattugiato e pepe macinato al momento.
