Una torta salata un pò diversa, utilizzando come base il pancarrè con tante verdure, uova e formaggio si può considerare un piatto unico. E’ anche molto veloce, perchè si sa il tempo non basta mai.

2 Zucchine

1 Carote

100 g Fontina

q.b. Sale

q.b. Pepe

q.b. Origano

2 Uova
Preparazione

Accendere il forno a 180° circa in modalità ventilato in modo da averlo già pronto per infornare.
Inzuppare le fette di pancarrè nel latte e utlizzarle per “foderare” una tortiera (mettere prima la carta da forno). In una ciotola sbattere leggermente le uova con sale, pepe e origano. Tagliare le zucchine a pezzetti piccoli e grattugiare la carota. Unire le verdure alle uova e mescolare bene.
Sopra le fette di pane mettere circa metà fontina a tocchetti, versare il composto di uova e verdure, finire sopra con la restante fontina .
Infornare fino a doratura .
