SUPER-FINE BREAD WITH THE BREWEST’S YEAST

- Ingredients -

  • 450 g of superfine flour 
  • 300 ml of water 
  • 7 g of brewest’s yeast powder 
  • 2 teaspoons of honey 
  • 2 tsp salt

Dissolve the yeast in a glass with honey and a bit of water. In a bowl distribute 225 grams of flour and begin to mix with the dissolved yeast. Slowly add the remaining flour and water. Finally add the salt. Form a loaf and let it rise for at least two hours. Make sure to cover the bowl with plastic wrap and a blanket.

Flour and butter a baking sheet of 15 cm diameter and put on the loaf. Make incisions with a knife on the surface. Cook for an hour in the oven at 200 ° C.
