FUSILLI WITH PESTO AND PRAWNS

- Ingredients -

  • 100 g fusilli 
  • 300 g of fresh prawns 
  • 2 tablespoons pesto sauce 
  • a pinch of salt 

Remove the antennas to the prawns and place in a pot with plentiful water and a pinch of salt. Cook for about ten minutes. Drain and clean the prawns, removing the head and the shell.

Meanwhile, in another pan, put much water. Just it boils, put the pasta and cook for a few minutes, until they are pasta cooked so as to be firm when eaten. After draining the pasta, put in a dish the pasta, the prawns and 2 tablespoons of pesto and mix.
