- Ingredients -

  • 200 g of salmon sausages 
  • 125 g of surimi 
  • 1/2 of iceberg lettuce 
  • oil 
  • white vinegar 
  • salt

Stir-fry with a little oil for a few minutes the sausages. Wash the lettuce and cut it into small pieces. Add the cooled sausage and surimi. Season with olive oil, white vinegar and a pinch of salt.
