- Ingredients -
- 400 g flour 00
- 200g of cherry yogurt
- 150 g of fresh cream
- 80 g of butter
- 200 g of sugar
- 16 g of baking powder for cakes
- 3 eggs
In a bowl beat the eggs with the sugar. Add the cream, yogurt, melted butter and mix.
Wash the cherries, cut into small pieces and add to the mixture.
Finally add the baking powder and stir the mixture.
Place the mixture in the pastry paper cases and then in the muffin pan. Cook in the oven at 180 ° C for 25 minutes.
